Role & responsibilities
We will train the person in aspects of business development, lead generation and HR Coordination
1. Quality Assurance
2. Data research from LinkedIn and other lead generation software
3. Sending cold emails
4. HR Coordination with existing employees
5. Recruitment of new resources
6. Procurement
Preferred candidate profile
The candidate can be any graduate but they must have good communication skills and an ability to learn new tools.
He/she should be able to independently search for business development opportunities, send cold emails to them, and once the response is received hand over the process to pre-sales/technical team.
The candidate will be in-charge of HR, Procurement and business development activities, and is expected to contribute towards idea generation and try out different means to reach out to potential customers.
To summarize the role is a mix of Business Development, HR and administration
