Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Content moderation is the process of reviewing and managing user-generated content across various digital platforms. It involves monitoring, filtering, and enforcing guidelines or policies set by the client company to ensure that the content aligns with their standards and community guidelines. Content moderation plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe, respectful, and compliant online environment.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Proficiency in either Japanese or Korean, both written and spoken & reading, is essential.
• Strong understanding of Japanese/Korean internet culture and familiarity with popular online platforms in the respective language.
• Excellent communication skills, both in English and the target language, to effectively collaborate with international teams.
• Ability to remain objective, fair, and unbiased while evaluating potentially sensitive or controversial content.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Prior experience in content moderation or similar online safety roles would be advantageous but not mandatory.

Shift Timimgs : 24*7 (US night shift), Should be flexible working in shifts , 5 days working 2 days off.

Location - Work from Office Navi Mumbai.
