Job Description

• Make calls per day to source, screen, and schedule candidates for interviews.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
• Maintain and update candidate and employee records in HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and provide necessary support.
• Help in drafting and updating HR policies, procedures, and documents.
• Conduct research on HR trends and best practices.
• Support performance management and training initiatives.
• Perform other administrative and HR-related tasks as needed.
