We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team. As a fresh graduate, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire HR lifecycleincluding recruitment , onboarding , employee engagement , and HR operations . You will play a key role in supporting daily HR activities while also helping to attract and hire top talent.
What we expect you to assist in:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process for entry- and mid-level roles.
Post job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
Support pre-employment processes like reference checks and offer letters.
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Help in preparing HR documents (e.g., offer letters, experience letters, ID cards).
Support leave management, attendance tracking, and basic payroll coordination.
Assist in planning employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Masterdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn, high attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
