Job Description

• Generate Standard or Custom Reports Summarizing Business and Financial Data for review by executives, managers, clients, CRMs and other stakeholders.
• Publish presentations and dash boards, which involve intensively collecting, organizing, interpreting the data & presenting data in a comprehensive manner
• Identify key improvement area providing domain specific updates and monitor current cash trend and forecast cash using business intelligence tools
• provides detailed assessments of revenue cycle processes with focus on process improvement, cost savings and value through outsourcing
• Identify quick cash escalations and resolve them with the operations and CRMs to accelerate cash
• Discover new opportunities to optimize the business through analytics and statistical modeling
• Directs team members toward achieving defined objectives through clear communication of expectations and meeting TAT and accuracy goals
• Provide ADHOC reporting as and when needed
• Review current claim processing practices & make recommendations to the process flow as per desired Payor practice to ensure minimum denials / rejections and maximum collections
• Evaluate current processes and procedures for payor and identifying issues that cause rejections, denials, adjustments, 90+, 180+ and 360+ AR build up..etc

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience working for healthcare provider and analytics is preferred
• Working knowledge of various healthcare IT systems/ billing systems and a thorough understanding of the billing and collections process.
• Extensive knowledge in the healthcare domain - Revenue Cycle Management
• Ability to create & analyze financial projections & develop financial improvement plans
• Ability to learn quickly, works independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail, along with the ability to analyze and understand large amounts of data
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Should possess a strong reasoning capability based on logic and numbers.
• Skills in process analysis, process mapping, process documentation
• Should possess MS Office skills (MS Excel, MS Word, PPT and others, if any)
