Role & responsibilities:

Generating leads via calls.
Understand customer needs and promote products or service effectively.
Meet KPIs
Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.

Preferred qualification:

Graduates and Undergraduates both can apply.
Experience and Fresher both can apply.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast - paced and target- driven environment.
