- Create POP and materials for BTL activities.
- Coordinate with other departments for creating POP and materials for BTL activities.

- Maintain the quality of materials and minimize their cost for them.
- Prepare documents and data for the execution of market activities and projects.
- Use the PDCA cycle and analyze market activities and projects.
- Make a report on market activities and projects.
- Make the annual calendar of seasonal activities and share the progress on it.
- Make update the progress sheet of market activities and projects.
CRM activity -
- Data preparation of customer data, the sales result KPIs from each center, and coordination with the Admin team for further analysis.
- Coordination with the PR team for customer queries.
- Being in charge of Social Media posts for the HD department and YL system.
B2B Marketing -
- Arrange for leads to generate business from institutions and corporates from the market.
- Coordination with concerned departments (RT, Science, Factory, and PR team) for B2B activities.
- Arranging the sampling activities at institutions and Corporates with the help of each center.
Meeting management -
- Make/Finalize the agenda and minutes of the meeting.
- Coordination/arrangement for an HD strategy meeting and HDGM.
- Prepare the calendar of the HD meeting schedule every month.
Consumable goods and fixed asset management -
- Support Admin team for consumable goods and fixed assets management.
- Check the report related to consumable goods and fixed assets (incl. vehicle Fuel)
- Special mission/task from senior
Special Skills, Mental or Personality Requirements : ( Must consider)
- Good Communicator, comfortable working in teams, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincere to the job, positive and creative thinker.
- PC skills like MS Excel Powerpoint.
- Analysis skills are required
- Proficient in English Languages
- Excellent negotiation skill is a must.
- At least 2 years experience in B2B/ Institutional Sales . Especially FMCG products. (HORECA experienced person not needed)
- Should be ready to join the office every day and work under a given schedule
- Distribution handling is not needed.
- Male Female candidates with pleasant personalities, good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and experience in B2B sales.
