Job Description:We are seeking a Claims Manager General Insurance to join our growing team at Absolute Insurance Surveyors. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, oversee the insurance claims survey process, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage client accounts, maintaining excellent client relations and satisfactionOversee end-to-end claims handling from loss notification to final report submissionCoordinate with field surveyors and internal teams to ensure timely assessmentsRespond to client inquiries, provide policy clarification, and manage expectationsReview claim documentation and support accurate claim evaluationEnsure compliance with IRDAI regulations and internal reporting standardsWork closely with insurance company representatives to finalize claimsIdentify and mitigate fraudulent claims during the assessment processDesired Candidate Profile:
14 years of experience in general insurance claim handling or insurance surveyStrong knowledge of insurance policy terms, general claims process, and documentationExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple clients/accounts and meet deadlinesCandidates with IRDAI certification or insurance training will be preferredShould be proactive, detail-oriented, and well-organized
