JOB- Senior Manager Tax & Compliance.

We are hiring forSenior Manager Tax & Compliance:-
Location- Vadodara.
Exp :- 15+ Years.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Enforcing documented system of accounting policies, procedures and internal safeguards for assigned team and functions
Planning, directing, and coordinating assignments for direct reports
Ensuring goals and objectives are on track and achieved for assigned area(s)
Training, developing and leading assigned accounting team with the goal of maximizing the strengths of each team member to create an efficient, high functioning team
Managing 468B Trust regulatory compliance, including Federal Tax Returns and 1099s for all QSFs
Design and Management of Escheatment process, as required
Supporting & coordinating with on-shore team based out of overseas offices
Develop & publish reporting metrics of KPIs
Perform additional duties as assigned to support the finance team
Understand and adhere to all company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and confidentiality of all information
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
Graduation (Bachelors) in Business, Accounting or Finance; Masters degree and/or CPA-US qualification will be an advantage
15+ years of work experience including 3-5 years Accounting/Project Management experience and Federal tax compliance experience required preferably in BPO/KPO/ITES industries
Strong understanding of internal controls
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and/or Oracle NetSuite highly preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office, including excellent Excel skills
Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills
Experience using ERP accounting systems as well as QuickBooks and/or Oracle NetSuite, preferred
Federal Tax background, preferred
Ability to design and documenting processes
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal with problem solving ability
Strong attention to detail

Job involves supporting & coordinating with on-shore team based out of US offices and hence requires flexibility to work in any shift and/or on Indian holidays as well.
