Job Description
- New product identification
- New product ideation in coordination with medical, R&D, marketing, etc
- Keeps track of market dynamics, new launches in market, new approvals by DCGI/FDA/FSSAI
- Scouting new products from various TPMs based on organization needs
- Follow up with cross functional team for gap analysis, product dossier compliance from TPMs, site and product approval certification. Support to close product supply agreement and quality agreement
- Accountable for tracking all the development activities on a project management basis with cross functional working across I&D, QA, medical, regulatory, finance, Tech ops, distribution, SAP & purchase teams. Project managing end to end allocated divisions for new product initiatives with internal process alignment.
- Responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of the projects
- Identification of partners for new product in-licensing
- Alliance management of in-licensing projects
Qualification
Bachelor s/Master s degree in Pharmacy from reputed Institute with MBA
Work Experience
10 -15 years of relevant experience in overall pharmaceutical formulation busienss, 3-4 years in Portfolio management/ New Product identification and introduction
Additional Requirements
The incumbent should have knowledge of therapy areas, product development ;Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and regulatory guidelines
Open to at least 7-10 days travel
