Responsibilities:
Telecom Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of the organization's telecommunication infrastructure, including voice and data networks, PBX systems, routers, switches, and other telecommunications equipment.
Network Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of telecommunication systems and networks. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance network performance, reliability, and security.
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with telecom vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness and high-quality services.
Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of telecom technicians and specialists. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure the successful execution of telecom projects and daily operations.
Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage the telecom department budget. Track expenses and costs related to telecom services and equipment. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and performance.
Telecommunication Projects: Lead and coordinate telecommunication projects, such as network upgrades, system expansions, and technology migrations. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
