Experience:

- Above 2 yearsexperienceinQuality Analyst

Responsibilities:

Good communication skills
Sound Knowledge about stock Market
Should have been working as a QA for atleast 2 yrs
Ability to monitor agents on calls/emails both and provide feedbacks
Should be able to engage resource
Should be able to identify gaps in processes and work towards resolution of the same
