Job Description

Responsibilities:

4-6 yrs of overall US recruiting experience.
Direct Sourcing and creating recruitment strategies
Digital and Social Media recruiting
In Depth Screening experience.
Good in Negotiation.
Stakeholder management experience
Must have ATS management experience.
US Geography, Visa, Tax terms and latest technologies knowledge is mandatory
Must have excellent communication skills.
Experience working in Fast-paced environment with Go Getter attitude:
