Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews with hiring teams and ensure smooth communication throughout the process
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Negotiate offers and assist in onboarding process
- Maintain strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 15 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT roles, skills, and technologies
- Experience with job portals (Naukri, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field
