About the Role
We are looking for an exceptionally talented and self-sufficient Software Engineer who thrives on building innovative AI solutions. In this all-AI focused role, you'll work directly with our CTO in a fast-moving, evolving environment where you'll be responsible for testing, validating, and enhancing AI-driven solutions. You'll play a pivotal role in developing, iterating, and refining our delivery models for both customers and internal stakeholdersoften juggling multiple projects at once (yes, its all over the place, but in the best possible way!).

Role & responsibilities
- AI-Driven Prototyping & POCs: Conceptualize and rapidly develop AI prototypes and proofs of concept to explore new ideas and validate potential solutions.
- Testing & Validation: Implement extensive testing and validation processes to ensure robust, scalable AI solutions that perform reliably in real-world applications.
- Solution Enhancement: Continuously improve and refine our AI delivery models, ensuring that both our external customer-facing systems and internal tools are optimized for performance and reliability.
- End-to-End SDLC Management: Oversee the complete software development lifecycle from design to deployment with a focus on maintainability and high-quality code.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the CTO, product teams, and other key stakeholders to shape strategy, provide insights, and drive impactful technical solutions.
- Self-Driven Innovation: Embrace the autonomy to take full ownership of your projects, from ideation to execution, even when juggling multiple tasks across diverse areas.
Preferred candidate profile
- Expertise in AI/ML: Proven experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and a solid understanding of AI model deployment and optimization.
- Software Engineering Fundamentals: Strong command of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++), data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
- SDLC Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in managing end-to-end software development processes, including robust testing and validation practices.
- Self-Motivated & Versatile: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex AI concepts into clear, actionable strategies for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Expertise: A keen eye for detail paired with innovative problem-solving skills that can adapt to rapidly changing requirements and ideas.
