Responsibilities:
1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize various online platforms, professional networks, and databases to actively search for potential candidates. Proactively build a talent pipeline for different roles and industries.
2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the positions. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
4. Candidate Assessment: Assess candidates' strengths, weaknesses, and potential alignment with the client's needs. Provide objective feedback to both candidates and clients after interviews.
5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
6. Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and preferences, ensuring alignment on job descriptions, qualifications, and cultural fit.
7. Timely Communication: Keep clients informed about the status of ongoing searches, provide regular updates, and respond promptly to inquiries.
8. Research and Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
9. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and hiring practices during the recruitment process.
Payment:
The payment structure will be based on a target basis, where you will receive compensation for successfully fulfilling recruitment targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, either as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and clients remotely.
- Strong ability to assess candidate qualifications and match them with client requirements.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and online platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and social media.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, data protection, and recruitment best practices.
