Desired Candidate Profile

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Designs, develops and debugs enterprise software for the BI and Analytics market.
Applies advanced systems analysis techniques to evaluate newly created code
Provides thought leadership and innovation within technical domain
Can document and communicate complex technical topics outside the immediate development team

Required Skills

Required Candidate Skills:
Preferably 5+ years mainframe (z/OS) software engineering experience, developing commercially successful applications that are, scalable and highly available
or
5+ years C++ on Linux/UNIX software engineering experience, developing commercially successful applications that are, scalable and highly available
Experience with the Agile development methodology
Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to deal professionally and collaboratively with all levels of the organization and across geographies

Desired Candidate Experience:
Strong knowledge in databases and BI concepts

Education Requirements:

College degree in Computer Science/Information Technology
5 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or equivalent experience.
