Mandatory
Hands-on experience on Workday HCM configuration which includes a deep understanding of the creation of organization types, job profiles, compensation, employee self service etc.
Good understanding of Workday security model and business process
In-depth hands-on experience in EIB integration, calculated fields and advanced reports.
Ability to analyse Workday release updates to understand and communicate the impact of feature changes to the existing configuration.
Resolve Workday issues through active trouble-shooting and diagnostic research
Act as Workday SME and be available to provide support to stakeholders
Optional
Experience on other integration tools like co-connector/ PICOF
Understanding of the working of Workday Studio.
Experience on Zendesk
Experience on BIRT
Experience in other Workday modules like absence, time tracking, performance etc.
Non negotiable responsibilities:
Experience in the Workday Core HCM module is a must
