Roles and Responsibilities

Manage client relationships to drive business growth through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Identify new business prospects and develop strategies for acquiring new clients.
Ensure timely onboarding of new clients, including KYC verification and account setup.
Develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
Monitor client retention rates to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
