  • Managing Day to day operations of assigned Key Accounts
  • Planning Workflow of Recruiter
  • Managing demand and supply ratio of Mandate.
  • Managing team, assigning mandates as per priority of clients.
  • Training team as and when required
  • Follow Up with clients for Feedback and New Requirement
  • Reviving clients time to time basis
  • Maintain the Daily/Weekly/Monthly recruitment reports.
