- Planning Workflow of Recruiter
- Managing demand and supply ratio of Mandate.
- Managing team, assigning mandates as per priority of clients.
- Training team as and when required
- Follow Up with clients for Feedback and New Requirement
- Reviving clients time to time basis
- Maintain the Daily/Weekly/Monthly recruitment reports.
