• Handle customer queries via voice/chat/email channels for international clients
  

• Deliver accurate, efficient, and timely responses to customer issues
  

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service
  

• Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate internal teams
  

• Meet or exceed performance metrics related to quality, productivity, and schedule adherence
  

• Education: Any Graduate or Undergraduate

• Communication Skills:
  

  • Verbal: B2 61 (SVAR)
    

  • Written: B2 60 (WriteX)
    

  • Typing Speed: 28 WPM with 95% accuracy
    

• Experience:
  

  • Freshers or candidates with prior experience in International Voice & Chat Support
    

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  

• Must be flexible to work in office-based roles at Hyderabad locations
  

• Shifts: 24/7 Rotational
