Roles And Responsibilities-

1. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

2. Overseeing the customer service process.

3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

4. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.

Required Candidate profile-

1. Fresher candidates are eligible.

2. Graduation is mandatory.

3. Must be comfortable with WORK FROM OFFICE.

4. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IS REQUIRED.

SALARY- 20K - 25k CTC

WORKING DAYS- 6

DAY SHIFT FOR FEMALE AND ROATIONAL SHIFTS FOR BOYS

QUARTELY B0NUS - 4065

INCENTIVES - 4K-8K PER MONTH
