Job Description
Position: Assistant Manager QA
Looking for candidates with 8+yrs of experience with QA in Pharmaceutical or Nutraceutical Industry.
Total experience: 8-15yrs.
Location: Hassan.
Qualification: MSc Chemistry
Roles and responsibilities:
- Preparation of QA SOPS and Formats.
- Issuance, Retrieval, Reconciliation, Archival and Destruction of GMP Documents such as BMR, BPR, SOPS and Formats.
- Responsible for GMP documents labelling and Controlling of GMP documents.
- Issuance of Product label, Blue Seals and Reconciliation, responsibility for GMP rounds.
- Responsible for supporting customer and Regulatory audits.
- Responsible for review and approval of GMP documents Master copies of BMR, BPR SOPs and formats.
- Responsible for Physical inspection during dispatch.
- Responsible for product change over.
- Preparation of validation protocols and reports.
- Responsible for preparation of approval sheets and tracking of its implementation.
- Co-ordination with vendors to get quotation for system establishment.
- Responsible for customer questionnaires and declarations.
- Responsible for preparation of trend analysis report.
- Responsible to participating in investigation on nonconformance.
- Responsible for training of new and revised GMP documents such as SOPs, Protocols, department induction training etc.
- Responsible for Implementation of CGMP practices across the site.
- Responsible for initiation assessment and review of QMS documents such as change control deviation OOS, OOT CAPA, customer complaint and return goods.
- Responsible for monitoring of process and cleaning validation batches.
- Responsible for review of qualification documents, responsible for approval in MOSES.
