Job Description

We are conducting Telephonic Interview through WHTSAPP Video Calling, on spot selection and offer.

Job Location: Lower Parel, Prabhadevi, Worli, Mumbai Central, Mahalaxmi, Dadar, Chembur, Sion, Thane, Ghatkopar, Mulund, BKC, Santacruz, Andheri, Jacob Circle, Mahalaxmi, etc.

Job Role: Relationship Officer (CASA Portfolio Management + Acquisition)
Grade: Deputy Manager
Package: 5.50 LPA + Excellent Incentive + Conveyance + Other Benefits as per Bank's norm. (CTC would not be a constraint for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management + Acquisition
To handle existing Kotak Mahindra Bank customer portfolio (book-size) and customer acquisition through referrals from existing customers.
Responsible to handle customer service requirements like account opening, DMAT account opening, grievances, liability product selling, education on product features, cheque book issuance.
Advice customers on various banking and financial products and services offered by the bank.
Engage with an assigned portfolio of bank customers
Achieve sales targets for bank and investment products. Going beyond the professed need of the customer by providing other products.
Responsible to cross-sell other bank products introduced and meeting business objectives
Adhering to all Policies and terms.
Act as a back-up to relationship managers holding HNI relationships.
Ensure low attrition ratios.

Job Requirements: (Candidate Profile / Experience / Education Qualification):

Graduates with relevant experience of atleast 1 year in BFSI or NBFC
Should be proficient in English
Equal blend of service and sales orientation.
Must have Fair English communication skills
Mandatory Sales experience from BANKING /Financial Services
