Job Description

Designation: Accounts Manager
Location:- Pan India
Required Male Candidate
Experienced:- 2-5 Years

Job Profile:-

  • Accounts Manger Handling all Accounting work as Per Hotel Industry.
  • Knowledge of Reconciliation of Debtors Ledgers in Monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Checking & tracing the Creditors Payments, Reconciliation of Creditors Ledgers in Monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Knowledge of Various Income Taxes, GST laws, GST calculations & Reconciliations of GSTR Returns with Accounting package in regularly .
  • Working on Financial Statements Trial Balances , drafted copy of Profit & Loss A/c and Balance Sheet as per companys Act 2013.
  • Checking the accounts of Pay Rolls and its processed for payment to staffs, its booked provisions impact on taxes in Accounts.
  • Preparation of MIS report, Budget, Variance and Rations analysis in different parameters on monthly.
  • Calculation of Cost sheet, Statement of Budgets and Budgetary control of the organizations in half yearly intervals and report to Head of Finance.
  • Co-ordinate with Internal Auditors & Statutory Auditors to get the Internal/Annual Audit reports done in timely manner.
  • Entering of all purchase and sale Bills as per GST Regulations in Accounting Package.
  • Knowledge of Various Taxes like GST to manufacturing companies , CST/ VAT Returns and compliance related to earlier years.
  • Managing of all banking operations, Cash flow statements and others .
  • Preparations & workings of Trial Balance, finalization of the Accounts, Profit and Loss Accounts of all Branches and consolidated the Balance Sheet s in year-end at Head Office.
  • Checking and passing the high value transactions of purchase bills, Cash payments and bank payments as per laid down in norms required.
  • Preparation of Cost of Productions and sales for quarterly and yearly basis and report to management with due time.
  • Reconciled the all Banks books and other Financial statements of the branch and completing the monthly BRS of the Companys Head office.
  • Preparation of summarized Unsecured & Secured Loans from outsiders on a monthly / quarterly basis and report to management.
  • Dealing with quarterly TDS/ TCS Returns, P.F, ESIC, Professional tax ( P.Tax ) deductions, Depositing at the banks, Reconciling the party wise TDS/ TCS ledgers and filling of TDS Returns in a quarterly basis.
  • Conducting the Physical Verifications of Stocks, Fixed Assets, Cash in hands and cheques at the Branch / Divisions of the company.
  • Methods of the Fixed Assets, put to use of additions & its calculation of Depreciation
  • in accordance with the provisions of the Companys & Income tax Act
  • Leading and solving the issued raised by inter-head Staffs in more than 300-350 of the company in day-to-days Accounts Operations and banking transactions.
  • Looking of ROC filling Forms/ Returns and its compliances before and after submission of Returns, Forms and other necessary documents in Companies Act.
  • Reconciled the GST ( CGST/SGST/IGST) Input & Output Ledgers with GST Controlling Account.
  • Filling of various ITR of companies, individuals and others of the Income tax .
  • Conducting and preparing necessary papers/documents & liaison with Income tax departments in various Scrutinizes cases.
  • Filing of GST Returns/Forms in a monthly and quarterly basis of the company for claiming of refunds and other compliance.
  • Lesioning with Stock Auditors, Bankers and statutory Auditors.
  • Compliance of Banks, Credit Rating Agency
