Reports To Clinic Director / CEOJob Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing strategic marketing initiatives to promote the clinics aesthetic treatments and services. The role requires a combination of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and industry knowledge to drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with the clinics business objectives.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Set key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
Digital Marketing & Social Media:
Manage the clinics website, ensuring it is up to date with engaging content and optimized for SEO.
Plan and oversee social media content (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to enhance brand presence.
Run paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive leads.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Patient Engagement & Retention:
Develop and execute loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
Create and oversee patient education materials, blogs, and newsletters.
Coordinate influencer marketing and collaborations with beauty and wellness professionals.
Brand Management & Public Relations:
Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and platforms.
Work with PR agencies or media outlets to secure press coverage and collaborations.
Organize promotional events, open houses, and community engagement activities.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the clinics medical team to ensure accurate representation of services.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and content creators for marketing materials.
Track marketing budgets and provide performance reports with data insights to management.Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media strategies.
Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, CRM software, etc.).
Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns effectively.

Preferred:
Experience in marketing for aesthetic clinics, dermatology, or medical spas.
Knowledge of aesthetic procedures such as Botox, fillers, laser treatments, and skin care.
Established network of influencers and media contacts in the beauty and wellness industry.
