We are in search of Design & Engineering Professional for the EPC division undertaking Turnkey Power Transmission & Distribution Projects :

 

Company Profile :

Position :  Sr. Manager / Manager -  Design  Engineering .

 

Purpose :

Error free and timely submission of Civil Design and Engineering.

 

Location : Mumbai

 

Requirements :

Engineer - BE, B.Tech / M. Tech (Civil )

Minimum 5  - 15 years  Detail Engineering Experience with EPC organization catering up to 400kV/ 765kV AIS & GIS Substation.

Exposure to Auto Cad and other design software, IS and other related Codes, Ms office

 

Key Deliverable :

Prepare detailed Engineering plans and schedules for each Tenders/LOI

Study the technical part of Tender Document and understand the technical specifications/customer requirements.

Perform basic Engineering during pre tender stage.

Detailed engineering after award of contract.

Study drawings of suppliers of new item or technology/attend supplier meetings/presentations.

Assist procurement team in selection of suppliers wherever help is sought.

Monitor the progress of basic/detailed design activities outsourced and ensure timely completion of activities.

Review preparation of pre-engineering estimates at the time of tendering (Rough Cut BOQ)

Submit Design & Drawings to Head Design & Engineering. And coordinate for his approval.

Monitor SLAs for consultants/Design & Engineering.

Engineers to ensure compliance in terms of quality, quantity and timelines.

Continuously update himself / herself as well as the team with the latest happening in the industry.
