Role Summary:
This job takes the lead in providing effective team handling and timely delivery of assigned task and required a strong knowledge in denial management, Trend analysis and should be an expert in reports management and process analytics and a proven job knowledge in Hospital Billing.
JOB SUMMARY

The candidate should be able to lead & own the Development of any Technical deliverables assigned to himher & thereby delivering high quality & Innovative solutions for the client. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- The ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements.
- Sound knowledge/exposure to In Patient Hospital Billing Coding.
- Sound knowledge on conducting business process due diligence, RCA, process mapping and documenting SOPs.
- The ability to analyze data models to deliver logical conclusions.
- Being proficient in inventing processes or systems needed to ensure smooth operation.
- Sound knowledge and expertise in evaluating the implications of changes.
- Competent in creating reports and making presentations to management and stakeholders.
- Responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of work group, including work assignment, production and quality dashboard, SLA metrics and daily program updates.
- Identifies problems/opportunities and common scenarios along with patterns related to various issues across functions and ensuring corrective and preventive measure are being implemented.
- Leverages previous experience across multiple processes to deconstruct and identify different factors contributing to the issues and provide solutions to outstanding problems.
- Partnering with Client and Internal teams to identify & deploy transformation solutions to achieve planned objective.
EDUCATION
Required
- Graduation/BSc. in life sciences preferably clinical areas like Physiotherapist, Nursing, BDS, BAMS, BUMS, Clinical Biotech, Microbiology, etc.
Certification
- CIC from AAPC or CCS from AHIMA coding certifications is essential.
EXPERIENCE
Required
- 8 - 15 years of experience in Inpatient Hospital Billing, IP DRG, IVR, Cardiology and Surgery.
- Should have exposure to multi-specialty and handled Hospital Coding.
- Should be currently in an Auditor role and have exposure to reports related to quality.
Preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with senior-level management and stake holders.
- Must be extremely detail oriented and able to multitask.
- Sound knowledge or certification in quality management.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Possess good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Should possess knowledge working on standard protocols / documents to accurately complete the work assigned.
- Consistently document work assignment, enrollment follow up status, and relevant in-process tasks within the specified systems and time frames
- Someone who identifies gaps and ensure Develop the team's talent, drive employee retention and engagement.
