Job Description

1. Must have the ability to recruit and license Insurance advisors, drive the team of these
advisors to generate business and expand the business.

2. Achieve Advisor recruitment and activation

3. Should have the bandwidth to handle more than one distribution channel.

4. Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises.

5. Will be responsible for achieving the business targets set for the Location

6. To develop adequate market intelligence to acquire business by establishing, positioning the
Chola MS brand and growing the brand.

7. Excellent inter-personal skills

8. Person expected to have high degree of credibility in the local market

9. Must be adaptability and functional IT knowledge

Skills Required:

1. Should be familiar with basics of Insurance. Should have strong convincing power.

2. Industry Experience (Motor) will be preferred, however any sales exp. also good to go

3. Positive attitude & proactive/ sales driven.

4. Must be able to work under pressure.

5. Should be confident, self-motivated and Interactive.

6. Age: Max 30 years

7. Good Knowledge in office applications such as Excel, Word and Power Point
