Associate - Banking Operations @ Capital

• Monitoring of daily inward activity for Mandates and Instruments compare to Loan Disbursed.
• Thorough monitoring of health check and ensure for having instruments/Mandate sent to registration in time.
• Exceptions to be reported to concern stake holders.
• Ensure to send mandate for registration within TAT
• Query Management - queries handling from SFDC and resolution of the same on time.
• Tracking of Enach registered cases productwise from banking point of view.
• Tracking of Open Mandate cases mapped correctly for banking point of view.
• Should have vision on automate the process and suggest the change in process on time to time basis.
• Follow-up with Branches / Sales / Collection and Product team to get the revised mandate from customers and time to time update the same to sr Management team.
• Periodic basis coordination with sales / collection and product team for mandate rejected cases for resolution.

Desired Experience:

Minimum 4- 5 years experience in Banking and Ops process
