Job Description
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
At least 5 years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with a specific focus on cybersecurity governance and compliance
Proven experience drafting and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, and guidelines for diverse environments (e.g., on-premises, cloud, hybrid).
Deep understanding of cybersecurity governance frameworks, including ISO 27001/27002, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and COBIT, with hands-on experience in developing and implementing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) aligned with Indian and global standards.
Proficiency in creating and maintaining cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, along with conducting compliance gap analyses to align organizational practices with regulatory requirements, is critical.
Experience with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MEITY) and the National Informatics Centre (NIC) will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of Indian government compliances, UIDAI compliances, and various audits including ISMS.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to execute assigned project tasks within established schedule.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
