Troubleshooting of daily operational issues on Mailing, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, connectivity and mobility etc. End to end management of MDM solution such as MDM, MAM, patch management, etc. Maintain a high level of availability for all Office 365 services, including email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. E2E ownership of all production issue related to O365 and its components. Creation and administration of O365 rules & policies (EXO, OneDrive, Teams). End user Outlook profile creation & troubleshooting.
Management of End to end DR drill of O365. Train and support end users on the use of Office 365 applications and features. Set up O365 standard and best practices in line to the bank requirement. Daily usage Report and audit maintenance. Closing of compliance and audit points. Collaborate with other IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Write and maintain documentation for procedures, processes, SOPs, run book, knowledge sharing and configurations. Able to work on ITSM for all kind of tickets.
