Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain EDI solutions using IBM Sterling Integrator.
- Create and manage EDI maps using IBM Sterling Map Editor.
- Develop and configure business processes using Sterling Graphical Process Modeler (GPM).
- Ensure proper translation and mapping of EDI documents according to ANSI X12 standards (e.g., 300, 301, 310, 315, 204, 990, 214, 210, 856).
- Set up and manage data communications using transport protocols such as FTP, SFTP, and AS2.
- Support API integrations using XML and JSON formats.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues.
- Ensure alignment with US-based teams by maintaining availability until at least 12:30 PM EST.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with IBM Sterling Integrator.
- Proficiency in EDI translation, mapping, and integration.
- Strong knowledge of ANSI X12 EDI standards and transactions.
- Solid experience with Sterling GPM for business process development.
- Familiarity with data transmission protocols (FTP/SFTP/AS2).
- Experience working with XML and JSON APIs for integration purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
