Required Skills:
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incentives of the Microsoft partner program
- Ensure that resources are certified to meet partner program expectations.
- Stay up to date with the Microsoft Program changes.
- Work with the Microsoft Fast Track team to drive sales
- Take charge of the Microsoft Fast Track leads and drive them to closure
- Work with the Microsoft Partner Development Manager (PDM) and ensure the scorecard is always updated.
- Follow up with Microsoft support at times to verify and remediate data.
- Ensure that all consulting projects have PAL, CPOR assigned.
- Understand Microsoft partner program strategy and execute the strategy.
- Participate in Microsoft meetings to stay updated with the program.
- Drive adoption of Microsoft programs internally in sales and delivery teams
- Responsible for driving sales through the Microsoft Channel
- Create partnerships with other Microsoft partners as required
- Work with overlapping time zone with US until about 10.30 AM Pacific Time US on 3-4 days of the week
Experience Required: Min 7+ work experience in IT industry.
