Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales performance by achieving targets, identifying opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers through effective communication and product knowledge.
  • Maintain store appearance, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and visually appealing.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately and efficiently.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-5 years of experience in retail jewelry or related field (non-jewelry experience also considered).
  • Strong understanding of gems, gold, jewelry products, and their features.
  • Excellent communication skills for building rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team towards common objectives.
