Job Description
The Position
As an Analyst Power BI in Business Intelligence COE team, Global Finance GBS team you will participate in financial system operational activities in Novo Nordisk with a close link to the Product Supply areas. Our aim in Corporate Finance is to be the best finance operation in the global pharma industry.Focus areas will be BI visualization and automation solutions which are used for financial reporting and business decisions. In this role, you will work as an integrated part of the BI and Analytics team for product supply with close collaboration across India and Product supply teams at Denmark. Your individual contribution to the team will be critical in driving the upscaling of BI and Analytics within Finance in Novo Nordisk. Furthermore, you will ensure superior customer satisfaction by delivering high end quality support along with below mentioned responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and testing Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI.
- Enhancing and optimizing existing solutions with the aim of 100% automation and superior user satisfaction and co-developing new innovative solutions using latest technologies.
- Performing rigorous detailed analysis, resolution of issues and data quality check and preparing test cases and executing the test cases to ensure data integrity and efficient storage and performance.
- Ensuring the quality of the solutions provided to the Stakeholders and adhering to the project plan & to keep the Stakeholders updated on the project.
- Assisting in user acceptance test, troubleshooting and end-user support and documentation on technical specification, user guidelines and provide end-user trainings to ensure data protection and compliance with collaborating while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business processes to create effective solutions.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with the below mentioned qualifications:
- Minimum 3 - 6 years of relevant work experience in Power Platform Developer role or similar, involving end to end project development.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Query, Power Automate etc.
- Solid experience covering specification, design, development, or implementation of Power BI Solutions.
- Strong User experience skills and able to provide right advice to the business.
- Proficient on working with complex data models and different schemas.
- Good experience with application management and support processes and also must be well versed in managing projects in the agile methodology.
- Strong communication skills effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must be self-managed, responsive, and dedicated to customer support and also a quick learner and pro-active in developing new skills and sparring with the team.
