As a Senior SDE, you will:
Drive the technical and architectural vision for critical logistics planning systems
Design and implement scalable solutions that optimize our delivery network
Own end-to-end development of high-impact projects that directly enhance customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex logistics challenges
Mentor other engineers and contribute to our technical excellenceRequired Qualifications:
Extensive experience in building large-scale distributed systems
Good expertise in software design and architecture
Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects
Expertise in problem-solving and analytical thinking
Strong leadership and communication skills - 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team
