As a Quality Associate, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operations, promoting efficiency, managing projects, and leading automation efforts. You will also support quality testing data analytics, quantitative sampling, and AI/machine learning initiatives, providing key insights through reporting and analytics.
As a Quality Associate in the Consumer and Community Banking Collections, Recovery, and Auto Operations team, you will be instrumental in enhancing our quality operations. Your duties will encompass supporting data analytics for quality testing, quantitative sampling, and initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. You will also focus on improving efficiency, managing projects, and spearheading automation efforts. Furthermore, you will provide valuable insights through comprehensive reporting and analytics.
Job Responsibilities

- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, delivering insights through management reports.
- Identify and implement automation and AI/ML opportunities to enhance quality processes.
- Design and execute critical tests, developing quantitative sampling methodologies.
- Respond urgently to escalated issues and provide rapid ad hoc analysis for management.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in financial services.
- 3+ year in team management, demonstrating leadership skills.
- Proficiency in data analytics, reporting, and statistical methodologies.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Products and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to deliver results under pressure with shifting priorities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience with Webstats and/or ACES.
- Certification in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methodologies.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in financial services.
- Ability to influence and drive change across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in SAS, Alteryx, Python, JAVA, SQL, or similar software.
- 1+ years in data analytics and development, preferably in quality testing.
