Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Provide real-time support to customers via voice process.
- Address customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Handle live queue support ensuring quick resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines while interacting with customers.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations effectively.
Preferred candidate profile
- Must have experience in a voice-based customer service role (0.6 to 5 years).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment with rotational shifts and weekly offs.
- Proficient in English with B2 level scores in SVAR (61) and WriteX (60), and a minimum typing speed of 28 WPM with 95% accuracy.
- Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Graduate.
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and rotational week offs.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 1-week notice preferred.
