Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To drive the leasing activities for the commercial properties in Hyderabad region
  • The position is responsible for developing and managing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Create necessary business development and leasing related materials including responses to queries, RFPs, proposals, pitches etc
  • Understand and execute work related to leasing transaction and renewals.
  • Ensure accurate inputs for finalization of lease agreements and completion of lease documentation
  • The individual is responsible for achievement of revenue, leasing targets and specific client outcomes as assigned by the Reporting Manager in alignment team goals and overall business plan.
  • Primary goals to formulate marketing strategies to optimize income and realize the highest value for Groups assets.
  • Carry out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies, prospects and provide support for the overall leasing efforts of the team.
  • Identifying and developing strategic alliances with various IPCs & Brokers.
  • Business Development i.e. sourcing new deals through intermediary network (IPCs, Local Consultants, Banks & Architects)
  • Relationship Management with Clients, IPCs and Local Property Consultants.
  • Developing project feasibility reports after studying the markets and analyzing emerging markets.
  • Analyze market data to identify local sales issues and trends and define strategies to resolve them.
  • Coordination with internal departments and consultants for project development and post-transaction support.

KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • The candidate should possess good knowledge on marketing, market research, sales and commercial management.
  • Should possess good analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Have high adaptability to new situations and challenges.
  • Responsive to client and business needs with quick and effective turnaround or information / work outputs.
  • Organized with attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of the local & national markets.
  • Operationally hands-on with sound financial grounding.
  • Understanding of RFP and commercial - legal requirements as well as have the necessary working knowledge on technical aspects related to the property to engage effectively with clients.
  • Awareness of industry trends
