Job Description
Role Overview
You will be working in network and collaboration services team, helping to manage a global communications network through tooling, automation, S W development and data management.
What will you do in this role
- Learn and improve company s processes related to network management and seek opportunities to build automated solutions
- Develop automation solutions for network management
- Develop automation solutions for self-service of network services
- Develop, maintain & support Ansible playbooks
- Develop, maintain & support automation solutions built in AWS
- Develop efficient ways to deploy & run automation solutions
- Participate in network automation community of practice
- Become a point of contact for existing and new network tools
- Drive improvements in the processes around selected network tools
- Manage data quality for selected tools
- Design and maintain the configuration of selected tools based on business demand
- Participate in evaluating new tools
- Cooperate closely with network designers and network operations
- Apply good development and documentation practices
What should you have
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream.
- Experience: 11+ yrs
- Skilled in designing solutions that address complex integration challenges while considering scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
- Solid understanding of IP-based communication networks (on the level of CCNA)
- Understanding of network management and network operations.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is a must:
- Solid understanding of Ansible and real-world experience in developing Ansible playbooks to manage network infrastructure
- At least an intermediate experience in Python
- Solid understanding of AWS offerings and how they can be used in solution design
- Strong willingness to keep learning new technologies
- Able to establish good working relationships globally and collaborate with networks of employees at all levels.

- Database design and usage, SQL
- AWS: IAM, API G W, Lambda, Storage
Intermediate knowledge :
- Network design
- Configuring network devices (for example Cisco)
- Ansible
- Python
- Data management, data science or data engineering
- Non-sql databases
- Preferred certifications: CCNA and higher, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer Associate
Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and business audiences
