Manager/ AD - CS - with Big 5 Company

• Advising and assisting clients on incorporation under various fonns of entity including mandatory compliance post ncorporation. planning and execution of board meetings etc.
  Advising the stakeholders and BOO (Boatd of Directors) on compliance management as and when required; corporate social responslbilihes wherever a,pplkabte.
  Manage secretarial and statutory compliance requirements of the entity under various forms in t&rms of the Companies Act. 2013,LLP AC1. SESI Act and under FEMA regulations.
  Ensuring RBIcompliances of cfient companies with foreigninvestment 1nclud1ng whoUy owned subsidiar es. N companies, Associate and other forms of companies including compliances disclosures under the applicable laws.
  Drafting and vetting of standard agreements includ ng MOU's, Sharet>olders. Share purchase agree etc.
  Performinginternal audits on the effectiveness of compliance policies,and serving as aliaison between marn!gement and perSOMel,
