POSITION: Project manager
LOCATION : Mumbai Powai
EXPERIENCE: 8+ years relevant experience
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Sound knowledge of business process & best practices around Project and Product mgmt.
- Manage and meet project timelines and milestones.
- Experience on project management tools (preferable JIRA or similar)
- Hands on experience with agile development model.
- Knowledge of Software development life cycle(SDLC), vendor & resource management shall be an added advantage
- Handled /lead team of min 4-6 members
- Monitor projects on a regular basis, Coordinate schedule of activities related to the project
Track team related information for the Organizational structure
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of across-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study.
- Effective resource & time management
- Good communication, presentation skills, Adept in multitasking
- Problem management, Risk management
- Preparation and support for audits
- Excellent project management skills
- Dependency management.
- Scrum certified. PMP certification would be an added advantage.

- Able to lead team and is a self-starter and is able to drive projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Drive & manage projects (big /small) effectively towards completion in time, using resources judiciously & effectively and high productivity. Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans. Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary).
2. Maintains all proper documents related to project
3. Communicates needed changes to development team.
4. Plans effectively, sets priorities, and manages several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet project deadlines.
5. Manages resources in accordance with project schedule.
6. Evaluating progress and quality of test suite, Manage quality of deliverables.
7. Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules during project execution.
8. Manages, leads resources (external & internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule.
9. Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
