Job Title: Solutions and Governance Manager - Inside Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to drive lead management, funnel progression, and governance for our Inside Sales Team. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth execution of lead progression, managing internal trackers and reporting, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management, CRM expertise, and data visualization skills, along with a deep understanding of sales processes in the IT services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Funnel Progression
- Drive lead progression by rallying internal teams and sales representatives to ensure timely movement through the funnel.
- Monitor and optimize the end-to-end lead lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Identify roadblocks in lead conversion and implement data-backed solutions to improve efficiency.
Program & Project Management
- Maintain and oversee internal trackers, ensuring real-time visibility of lead performance and pipeline health.
- Generate up-to-date reports for leadership using CRM data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights.
- Implement governance frameworks to improve lead-to-opportunity tracking and pipeline discipline.
CRM & Sales Enablement Tools Expertise
- Utilize Salesforce and other CRM platforms to track and manage leads effectively.
- Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.io to enrich prospecting efforts and enhance sales execution.
- Provide training and best practices to the inside sales team, ensuring optimal usage and compliance.
Data Visualization & Reporting
- Develop insightful dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to provide visibility into pipeline performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, conversion bottlenecks, and actionable recommendations for the leadership team.
- Ensure data hygiene and governance across sales tools and internal databases.
Solution Development & Sales Strategy Support
- Identify solution value drivers for clients and develop value messaging and positioning.
- Support the opportunity qualification, response strategy, proposal development, and competitive positioning efforts.
- Develop and maintain sales collaterals, templates, and best practices for the team.
- Assist the sales team with prospecting efforts, including market research, sales enablement content, and industry insights.
Process Optimization & Governance
- Standardize best practices for lead handoff, qualification, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes and governance policies.
- Provide ongoing insights into industry trends, market needs, and GTM strategies.
Desired Qualifications:
- Masters degree in business administration from a leading institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lead management, sales operations, or sales governance within the IT services industry.
- Strong program/project management skills, with experience managing sales trackers and leadership reporting.
- Expertise in Salesforce and other CRM tools, with hands-on experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach.io.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik for data visualization and reporting.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end sales processes in an IT services environment.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
