Job Description

• Assist with ratemaking and loss reserving projects for a variety of personal and commercial lines of business
• Assist with additional actuarial projects which may include predictive modelling for rating insurance coverages and claims estimation
• Compile and verify client data
• Setup spreadsheet analysis, templates, and exhibits by working on claims databases
• Build Machine Learning algorithms using R and Python
• Apply complex actuarial theories and principles to create statistical models

• Prepare production exhibits and written reports to present findings

  Essential

• 3-4 years experience in property and casualty risk modelling / pricing and reserving
• R, SAS, SQL, or VBA experience
