Experience / Roles & Responsibilities:

==============================

You should have:

a total of 4+ Overall years as IT experience

>= 3 Years solid Splunk development / maintenance /administrator experience

Job responsibilities:

=================

- Develop dashboards, report, and alerts using network feeds and

ensuring data quality

- Ensure data quality in line with client's use cases

- Undertake the solution design to help leverage the full value of

Splunk-Zscaler integration and lead the on-boarding of new uses cases

- Maintain current functional and technical knowledge of the Splunk

platform and future client's products

- Support large scale deployment with data feeds from multiple sources

and on premise and cloud data centres

- Monitor and maintain Splunk performance, availability, and capacity

with present and future infrastructure

- Assist system upgrades, planning and execution

- Develop reliable, optimize query performance / efficient queries that

will feed custom alerts and reports for dashboards

- Track work effectively via Agile methods

- Create and maintain documentation related to architecture and

operational processes for Splunk

- Support and guide Splunk team / mentor / train junior engineers

- Act as single point of contact / Splunk liaison for Splunk technical

questions, software issues / for management escalations
