Job Description

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Issue Domestic & International tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo).
• Handle international itineraries, destinations, corporate fares, and airline updates.
• Work in Implant and Back Office setups as required.
• Deliver excellent service in a Corporate / B2B International ticketing environment.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (Mandatory)

*Preferred Candidate Profile:*

• Any Graduate/Diploma in Tourism/IATA Certified.
• Experience* Minimum 2+ years in corporate ticketing with hands-on experience in Amadeus and GDS.
• Strong communication skills and in-depth knowledge of ticketing processes.
• Travel industry background is mandatory.
