Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Preparation of Companies financials as per requirement of Indian accounting standards / Ind-AS
Handling independently Indirect tax & Direct tax statutory liability payment & returns
Administer GST, TDS, TCS, PF, PT compliance.
Knowledge of Trust compliance & filing including coordinating with charity commissioner office
Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of Quarterly /Half Yearly/annual Financial records
Ensure timely closure of all daily & monthly activities relating to day-to-day accounting & compliances.
Reviewing work of junior team members and productivity
Accurate and timely upkeep of financial records
Control cost and identifying opportunities for saving cost, managing cash flows to minimize finance cost & ensuring compliance to applicable tax laws.
Expert in arranging enhancement of working capital limits & submission of loan related documents to Banks / NBFCs and compliance with bank loan covenants.
Due diligence & divestment & fund raise exposure
Compliance with filing with MCA and coordinating with company secretaries for secretarial compliance i.e. Board, Shareholder meeting and filing of resolutions
Handling statutory, tax auditors and external consultants appointed by the Company
Support CXO and MD office in providing data & business analytics reports for strategic decision making.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be Inter-CA or CA [Final]
- Must be flexible with 6 days work operations [Monday to Saturday]
- Must be comfortable with Onsite work
- Must be a local candidate from Mumbai, Thane or Navi Mumbai
