Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Handling Inbound and Outbound leads for adventure travel bookings
2. Manage a team of travel consultants and take responsibility of departmental targets
3. Assist in creating promotional campaigns for lead generation from existing customer database.
4. Maximize new lead conversion and cross selling revenue from existing customers
5. Ensure proper updating of leads, follow up and status on CRM

Preferred candidate profile

• An ideal candidate should,
• Have worked as a travel consultant in a call centre environment for atleast 3 years
• Have handled a team of tele-sales executive in any industry
• Understand of sales process, scripts, rebuttal and other hacks
• Have used a CRM software
