Job Description
KFintech serves the mission-critical needs of asset managers with clients spanning mutual funds, AIFs (alternative investments), pension, wealth managers and corporates in India and abroad. The company provides SaaS based end-to-end transaction management, channel management, compliance solutions, data analytics and various other digital services to asset managers across segments, as well as outsourcing services for global players.
Role & responsibilities
Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
- Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization
- Good hands on Experience in SAP
- Expertise in MIS Reporting
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables
- Ensure the accuracy of an organizations financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
- Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment
- Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
Preferred candidate profile
- An understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills is required.
- Minimum 4 to 8 years' Experience in Accounts Payable
- A degree in the following subjects would be beneficial:
- Finance or Economics
- Business Studies
- Accounting
